March is ANGER:

So what is ANGER? 

It is a secondary emotion and the primary emotion may be caused by fear, loss or sadness.   If you are dealing with with any of these emotions you may be feeling vulnerable or out of control. This could be causing you to shift your emotions to anger.

 What can you do to calm ANGER?

  • Practice Self Reiki

  • Take a Time out

  • Check what is under your anger.

  • Try to address what’s under your anger.

  • Give yourself some safe space

  • Be kind to yourself

  • And again Practice Self Reiki.
