Bringing Joy to Your Thoughts …

Watching my grandchildren find absolute joy playing with hulla hoops this summer brought a huge smile to my face. What fun they were having!
Took my mind back to when I was a kid out on our driveway with my sisters playing with our hulla hoops. Geat memories and such joy.
Allow yourself to enjoy a happy thought and feel the joy!
New Beginnings and/or Restoring Order
September brings new beginnings and or sometimes a restore to order.
A step in a new direction, no matter how small, will build momentum for new beginnings.
For me September often brings a need to restore order and perhaps new beginnings. Either, always brings with it a feeling of hope and energy. Uplifting!

Letting Go …
Do you have a questions or problem that is rattling around inside you?
Often my focus goes to the question or the problem and not the solution or answer. This summer has taught me to let go and feel the anticipation of the solution and the answer. They will come so much more easily and with such clarity. This process is so much more satisfying!

Johannes Reindl - Bracebridge …
It’s been just over a month since Johannes went home to Austria.
I learned so much; about Reiki, about Johannes, about myself and about the process of being. What an experience!
For those that were here to help - thank you. You are incredible.
For those that came to participate - thank you. Without your participation the workshops wouldn’t have been a great success.

Reiki Calms every fibre in my body …
This spring I became overwhelmed with what I am working on and how it is unfolding and of course adding people, places and things to the mix.
Panic attacks and anxiety have been a big part of my life and I actually thought they were in my past. Well earlier in May I had one that came on when life was getting to big for me.
Thankfully I have Reiki to pull my mind and body out of panic and come to a calm rational place.
And yes - Reiki calms every fibre in my body!
Becoming a Friend with Social Media …
Yesterday I met with Robyn Henke, my social media Guru, and discussed my dilema. I love my website and want to send out the same energy to Instagram and Facebook. So how?
Her answer: “It’s just a channel to have a conversation with someone new.”
Okay I can do that.
Today I am going to start here with my old friends and talk about
Why I love Reiki….
Calms every fibre in my body
Gives me patience in dealing with others
Helps me to see problems clearly
Helps me to solves those same problems
Allows me to let upsets slip away
Guides me in knowing when to own my stuff
Also guides me to let others have their stuff
Gives me unconditional Love so I can pass it along
Guides me to Love others and not always have to like them
Its’ a hug that doesn’t let go
Allows me to have faith in the path I am walking
Gives me energy to live in my life today with great Joy
That is just a few thoughts and over time more to come.

Today is Enliven Wellness Fair at Bracebridge Legion. I have participated in this event for the past 6 years and always have a wonderful day.

Reiki and Disabilities …
Earlier this month this little rabbit turned 44 and is doing so well. New medication has enhanced his life and ours.
At the end of March I restuctured the Reiki First degree course and taught him the basics of Reiki. Amazing what Self-Reiki can do to a person.
All in all teaching him was an incredible experience.
Imagine what learning Reiki can do for you!
My 2023 Intention
An intention is the thing that you plan to do or achieve : an aim or purpose.
In 2023 I set an Intention of bringing Johannes Reindl to Bracebridge to teach. In June 2024 Johannes is coming to Bracebridge and the workshop are going to be exciting!
Johannes Reindl is coming to Bracebridge
Spend a day practicing and learning from Johannes Reindl - Lineage Bearer and Grand Master of Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki.
Workshop Dates: Saturday June 8th or
Saturday June 15th, 2024
Workshop Times: 9:30am to 5pm
This Workshop is open to all Reiki students.
Intentions …
An intention is the thing that you plan to do or achieve : an aim or purpose.
At the beginning of each year I set an intention for the year and then write it in the back of my agenda. I like to go back and look at what my intentions were and what have I been able to achieve and is this still my intention.
In 2020 my intention was to have a Labyrinth built in Bracebridge. At the beginning of 2024 I had the Town of Bracebridge’s approval and co-operation and have raised the funds needed for the build. This spring a beautiful Classical Labyrinth is going to be built in Annie Williams park for all to enjoy.
What a great intention and I am excited!
